The apartment offers 3 large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (shower/WC). A large kitchen, TV and free WiFi are available. The south- and north-facing balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountains.
Small apartment (50 m²) 2–4 persons / from €110 to €180 / final cleaning from €20 per person
The apartment is ideal for 2–4 people and has two bedrooms, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate toilet, and one bedroom with shower/toilet. A well-equipped kitchen-diner with sofa and TV invites you to relax and socialise.
The house also has a fitness room, an infrared cabin, a well-kept garden with seating area and barbecue, and a ski room with ski boot dryer.
Relaxing holidays – in summer and winter alike
Summer: Numerous hiking and biking trails start right outside the house – ideal for leisurely walks or athletic tours. The nearby trail park offers variety for biking enthusiasts. The idyllic ‘Urkraft Wasser’ Kneipp facility is only a few minutes' walk away, as is a hiking bus stop that takes you comfortably to other excursion destinations.

Winter: In winter, the ski bus stop is only about 250 metres away. The ski bus takes you to Hauser Kaibling in about 5 minutes – your gateway to the four-mountain ski area with perfectly groomed slopes.
